SUPPLY OF PETROLEUM PRODUCTS:

GNG offers a complete line of fuels for every application. We supply premium quality products throughout Afghanistan, including diesel (L02-62, ULSD, LSD, winterized diesel), petrol (grade A-80 to A-98), aviation/jet fuel (TC-1, Jet A-1, JP1-JP8), LPG, lubricants, bitumen & asphalt. We are able to supply American and Russian Standard fuel products meeting any military, commercial and industrial requirements.

Ghazanfar Neft Gas has multiple supply commitments directly with several refineries and has maintained strong business relationships with these suppliers for years. We have 3 supporting offices in Turkmenistan as well as other surrounding countries that are focused solely on managing supply and delivery of our fuel products into Afghanistan.

OIL & GAS STORAGE AND HANDLING FACILITIES:

FUEL & LPG TERMINALS

GNG has petroleum storage facilities in various locations throughout Afghanistan with a total capacity of over 120,000 M3. All fuel storage facilities were built according to international standards (API and ASTM) and are epoxy coated. Each storage facility has quality/quantity/maintenance procedures unique to the location and facility requirements. All storage facilities are equipped with filtration systems and are checked on a regular basis to ensure integrity of the product is maintained from loading to storage to unloading. All storage facilities are equipped with calibrated meters and weight scales to ensure all product is recorded in and out accurately. Our large storage capacity gives us the strategic ability to ensure fuel is always available even in the event of border closures. In weather conditions such as the blockages of the Salang Pass, we maintain adequate fuel supply locally in our Kabul storage facilities.

Blending Facilities:

In addition to GNG’s direct relationship with the Ghazanfar Oil Refinery, GNG has facilities for additive blending to produce high quality winterized diesel and an accelerator system for modifying jet fuels to match customers technical requirements.

Truck and Rail Fuel Transportation:

Under the license of Ghazanfar Transport, we have a large fleet of fuel trucks, tankers and aviation refueling vehicles. Our fuels transportation division has years of experience transporting petroleum products into and around Afghanistan. We are specialized in transportation and distribution services for petroleum products and chemicals. Using local knowledge and experience of operating in Afghanistan, we have successfully operated fuel convoy routes across the country. As Safety and On-Time Delivery is very important to our success, all vehicles are equipped with tracking systems and safety equipment. Our vehicle fleet is maintained by the Ghazanfar Transport truck maintenance and operations division with maintenance facilities in Mazar-e-Sharif and Hairatan.

Aviation fueling services:

Ghazanfar Neft Gas provides aviation refueling services in Mazar-e-Sharif. Our bulk aviation fuel terminal is located adjacent to the Mazar-e-Sharif International Airport and has a 3,000 MT capacity. We have the capability to re-fuel most aircraft types including passenger, cargo and military aircraft.
